These wheels have been tweaked and improved for the last 5 years , each year it is improved at different levels. For this year, we chose to concentrate on increasing it's stiffness and durability by changing to a smoother hubset with bigger rear flanges. The new hubset has 6 simultaneously engaging pawls that increases the speed of engagement dramatically. Rear nondrive is now laced 2x increasing the bracing angle even further and increasing it's durability by having a more consistent spoke tension on both sides.

We have also worked hard with our rim manufacturers to reduce the weight of our rims to 430-450g making it one of the lightest 30mm rims in the market.  The new rims are more  foil shaped for better aerodynamics compared to the previous versions which were  more V-shaped. These wheels are stiff, durable and aerodynamic, the perfect wheelset for multi-purpose use.

They are seen on weekend rides and used in criteriums, stage races and triathlons throughout the world.

Fully artisan crafted and hand built with equal spoke tensions. Spoke threads are prepped before assembly to prevent spoke binding and seizing. All spokes are stress relieved and stretched at least 3 times during build process.

For a lighter wheelset, we are also offering the S3.0s in an SL version. The S3.0SL utilises the Prodigy V3 hubs and 2.3mm bladed spokes instead to reduce the weight. Stiffness is maintained with an improved bracing angle offered by the Prodigy hubs, but durability is lower due to the smaller spoke section used.
